Posting new advertisements

If a particular foreign_id (open position identification code in the partner’s ATS system) does not yet exist in the system, a new advertisement will be created.

Amendment of existing advertisements

If a particular foreign_id already exists in the system and the other data are amended, the advertisement will likewise be amended.

Deletion of advertisement

If the foreign_id is deleted from the XML data file, the advertisement will be deleted from the Profession.hu site.

Expiry of advertisements

And 31 days after the creation of the new advertisement, the following rules will become effective:

Automatic deletion of advertisements

If 31 days pass from the activation of the advertisement, the advertisement will automatically be deleted from the Profession.hu site.

Automatic re-posting of advertisements

If the position forming the basis of the automatically deleted advertisement can still be found in the feed upon the next importation (based on foreign id), it will automatically be published for a further 31 days on Profession.hu (or until the Client deleted it from the Client’s own ATS system).
